By accessing or using the Keylink IT Console ("Service") operated by Keylink IT ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keylink IT Console is a managed IT operations platform that provides email security analysis, infrastructure monitoring, ticketing, and related IT management services. Features include AI-powered phishing detection, URL safety analysis, attachment risk assessment, and email categorization.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Email Account Connections

When you connect an email account (Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, or other providers) to the Service, you authorize us to access your email metadata for the purpose of security analysis. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You may disconnect your email account at any time, which will stop all scanning and remove stored access tokens.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. AI-Powered Analysis

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze emails and detect security threats. While we strive for accuracy, AI classifications are not guaranteed to be correct in all cases. You should not rely solely on our classifications for critical security decisions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect classifications, including missed threats or false positives.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Anthropic, and others. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is the property of Keylink IT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keylink IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
